RESULTS OF INVESTIGATIONS
For confidentiality reasons, results of tests are only given to the patient concerned. We will not routinely contact you with your results, so please either see your doctor for follow up, or telephone for results between 11:00am and 3:00pm.

GP / STUDENT TRAINING
We are a GP training practice and have up to 2 GP registrars working with us on training attachments. We also teach final year Medical Students in the practice, who occasionally sit in on consultations with your consent.

CONFIDENTIALITY
We all operate a strict code of confidentiality at all times to protect our patients. This policy can be seen on request.

COMPLAINTS
Any complaints should be directed to our Practice Manager who will endeavour to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. The surgery has an established complaints procedure which should be followed to ensure a speedy and satisfactory conclusion. If this is unsuccessful, you have the right to refer the matter to North Birmingham PCT .
