REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
Medication on repeat prescription can be requested via a box on the reception desk, by post, or by telephone between 11:00am and 3:00pm Monday to Friday. Routine requests take 48 hours, and urgent requests must be discussed with a receptionist.
Repeat prescriptions can also be requested via the internet. Click here If you wish to utilize the internet repeat prescription system you must first register with the practice. Each member of a family must register separately. In order to maintain your confidentiality any patients over the age of 18 must bring identification (preferably photoidentification). The receptionist will issue you with a password which will allow access to our booking & repeat prescription systems. In time this service will be expanded to include you access to your medical records. |
