Get vaccinated and stay protected! Clinics are running on Saturday the 16th, 23rd and 30th September here at Ashfield Surgery between 8:30am and 12:00 noon.

Eligible patients will be able to get their Influenza vaccination and subject to availability their Covid booster from the surgery during these clinics.

Book your appointment by following the link sent to your mobile phone or calling the practice to speak to a member of our team. To avoid long waits on the phone, please call in the afternoon, use online access or the link on the text message invitation to book your appointment.

Weekday Flu Clinics

We will also be running limited weekday clinics in the morning and late afternoon throughout September and October.

Housebound and Care Home Residents

Residents of care homes will be vaccinated in the coming weeks. Our care home coordinators will be in touch with each home to arrange our visit and gather the necessary consent forms prior to vaccination with the aim to have all these patients vaccinations before the end of October.

Housebound patients unable to get to the practice for their vaccination will be visited by Birmingham Community Healthcare (BCHC). Patients on our list who will be receiving a home visit will be contacted by text message or post in the coming weeks to confirm they have been referred to BCHC.

We are unable to advice patients when their home visit will take place following referral. BCHC will attempt to contact you in advance of their visit, so please ensure your contact details are up-to-date.

Eligibility

Eligible patients will be sent a text message or letter inviting them to book their appointment. If you have a smart phone, you can easily book your appointment using the link provided in the text message.
