Update: Global IT issue affecting GP practices and pharmacies nationally

We are pleased to announce that we have now restored functionality to our clinicals systems following the global IT issues that started on Friday last week.

While we deal with the fall out of the incident and catch up on the backlog of work caused by the outages, we ask that patients save any non-urgent calls until later in the week. This will allow our staff to focus on urgent cases and the backlog from Friday.

To reduce the number of calls on our lines at this time, please use the NHS App or our Contact Us page here on the website to submit requests for prescriptions, sick notes, and other general enquiries.

Prescription requests can also be submitted via the following form if you do not have access to the NHS App.
